(2) The loosening of the nut fixing the V-wheel causes the V-wheel to move,
Cannot press the limit switch normally. Be careful when adjusting to determine which V-wheel is not in place, and use a screwdriver to lightly press it. Force a signal to the suspected switch, and the corresponding wedge iron will move. At this point, slowly adjust the position of the V-shaped wheel.
(3) The breakage of the connecting rod between the oil cylinder and the V-wheel can also cause a report
Police. At this point, welding cannot be used for repair because it is difficult to ensure the coaxiality of both ends after welding, and the welding strength is poor. After a period of use, it may break. The measure taken at that time was to replace the connecting rod.
(4) Oil leakage from the oil cylinder causes the wedge iron to not move.
